How do I place an order?

1. Go to https://www.kedaihardware.com/shop/
2. Choose your product
3. Click “ADD TO CART”
4. Click on the bag on the top right of the navigation bar
5. After confirming shopping cart, click “CHECKOUT”
6.  Provide your delivery information including your e-mail.
7. Choose your payment method.
8.Place your order and wait for your order confirmation.
9. Sit back and wait as we deliver your product(s) to you!

How to remove an item in your shopping cart?

Click the bag icon on the right top corner of your page.

Click on the “X” beside the item that you wish to remove.

If I added the item in my cart, does it confirm my booking on that item?

The booking of your desired item will not be guaranteed when you added it to the cart.
Your item is still subjected to change in stock, price and discount rules if you do not proceed to checkout and make your payment.

How can I change delivery address/ phone number/ recipient for my existing order?

It is impossible for you to change these details after successfully making the order. Please ensure the details are correct before placing the order.

I accidentally ordered duplicate items. What should I do?

You can give us a call to cancel the duplicated item. It is better to call us right away as soon as you realize it. Please ensure the amount of items are correct before checking out.
